Getting Started

1. Adding Utilara to your Discord Server

  1. Open the invite link - head over to the Utilara Invite URL.
  2. Select your target server - choose the server you wish to configure from the dropdown.
  3. Confirm permissions - ensure the Administrator permission box is checked so all automated systems function reliably.
  4. Authorize - complete Discord verification and Utilara will join your server immediately.

2. Role Hierarchy

Role hierarchy is critical on Discord. Utilara cannot moderate members, manage roles, or apply security quarantines to users holding roles higher than its own.

  1. Open your Discord server and navigate to Server Settings > Roles.
  2. Find the Utilara role.
  3. Click and drag the Utilara role as high up in the role hierarchy list as possible (ideally just beneath server ownership or administrative roles).
  4. Save your changes.

3. In-Discord Setup Wizard

Utilara includes an interactive onboard wizard built on Discord Components V2:

  1. In any staff or administration channel, run /help.
  2. The interactive setup wizard will open, displaying paginated module cards.
  3. Use the module buttons to review quick configuration guides for each system (Security, Temp Voice, Audit Log, Music, Tickets, XP, Moderation, and Welcomer).

4. Activating Premium

Utilara Premium unlocks extended capabilities including the complete Commissions Suite, 10 Co-Owners, 25 Backups with 30-day automated rolling snapshots, self-expiring member role passes, 24/7 music with custom branding and audio FX, custom rank card backgrounds, and encrypted online web transcripts.

  1. Subscribe on Patreon - visit patreon.com/utilara to obtain your license key.
  2. Activate your license - run /premium enable key:<your-license-key> in your server.
  3. Verify status - run /premium check at any time to inspect your active subscription details and tier entitlements.

5. Sharing Feedback & Bug Reports
